Welcome to the SelfDesign Support Request Centre

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Support Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Support requests received outside of these hours may not be responded to until the next business day. Many immediate issues can be resolved by browsing our knowledebase.

Due to the high volume of requests associated with the beginning of the learning year, responses may take up to 24 hours.
